The main goal of the project for the QARSON brand was to create a modern and intuitive experience for ordering a car online, taking into account various types of financing. The main assumption of the project is the “zero touch” concept, which allows you to order a car without having to interact directly with the staff.

Thanks to this, we are able to provide customers with the convenience and speed of the booking process without the need for consulting and advising employees.

The main reason why the Qarson brand asked for help in designing the online car ordering process in the spirit of “zero touch” is the fact that Qarson wants to be an innovative brand, offering modern solutions and thus adapt to the changing market and growing customer requirements.

The brand wanted to improve the quality and ease of the ordering process to increase customer satisfaction, adapt to trends and requirements for contactless and convenient service, increase efficiency and shorten the time needed to complete the transaction.

The most important assumption of the project was to create an online ordering process that takes into account various types of financing, and all parameters relevant to the order – which will allow you to order a car without the need for direct interaction with the service.

The design priority was the ease and speed of the entire process – so that customers of all ages could order a car without the help of consultants. The design was extremely important for the project user-friendly and intuitive interfaces – making this complex process accessible and convenient for users of different age groups, data, and transaction security was also important – so that customers feel comfortable when submitting their data and making payments.

Qarson’s UX design process for an online car ordering platform would be as follows:

- User needs and requirements analysis: Collecting information about users’ expectations and needs regarding the online car ordering platform,

- Legacy data analysis,

- Numerous workshops with company employees,

- Creating profiles of archetypal users to better understand their needs and preferences,

- User flow mapping:

- Determining the steps a user must take to order a car online,Interface design.

- Creating mock-ups of process interfaces,

- Iteration and improvement: Making corrections and improvements based on test results and user feedback.

Currently, the project is still in implementation – usability tests are planned.

As of today, we can say that our actions have contributed to:

- Increasing the convenience and simplicity of the process,

- Thanks to our work, the process of ordering a vehicle has become more intuitive and easy to understand for users,

- Improved user experience: The use of advanced UX design techniques allowed for an even better user experience, which translated into increased trust and loyalty of customers,
