CRM Thermomix
The project consists of the creation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
As its name indicates, it is a platform to be able to organize all the company's relationship with it's clients and leads.
This grouped all interaction with them and with sales agents.
The objective is to download all the information pertinent to sales in this new system.
Sales agents with their respective clients, allowing them to provide a closer and more personalized follow-up.
Potential customers, to update them with the latest items and convince them to become customers.
Equipment sales. Incentives for sellers. And more.

Dashboard
Where a general lowering of the system is shown.
In this case, a summary of:
- Number of days remaining to meet a goal (incentive)
- Schedule a new demonstration on the use of the product
- Sales
- Profits
- New agents
Clients
Customer section.
Shows all registered customers and their personal data:
- Type
- Active / potential (lead)
- Which agent does it belong to
- ID
With a dropdown button that allow to edit or delete a client. Also get his/her Sales Order.
It is a general view to be able to quickly know a summary of each one.
But a modification was later defined in this view, where it allows overlapping two sections, total customers and own clients. To make this distinction more efficient and faster.
Agents
This section shows all agents, with information such as:
- Type of agent
- Active / inactive
- Number of demos done
- Date of last sale
Demos
Demo calendar.
Show scheduled demos, along with the agent who booked and will be presenting.
Each card has an extra info button.
Below are two floating buttons, New Demo and New Lead.
Sales
In this section you can see clients, but with information regarding the sale of each one.
- Customer type
- Respective agent
- Date of sale
- Delivery status
This allows for a more effective follow-up by the corresponding agent.
Below you can see a ranking of the agent with the most sales this month, which encourages you to win the prize of the month.
Next to it, a total of the profits collected so far.
Mobile
Also, this project counts with it's own mobile version.
There are many more screens as it is the creation of a complete system.
However I will present the project up to here as it is the most important sections.
