Zadaniem projektowym, które zostało nam przekazane było zaprojektowanie centrum handlowego na terenie dawnej ujeżdżalni koni. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w niewielkiej odległości od starówki Jarosławia. Głównym założeniem naszego projektu było nawiązanie do budynku ujeżdżalni koni Jarosławskiego Pułku Kawalerii.
The design task that was given to us was to design a shopping center on the site of a former horse riding hall. The facility is located near by the old town of Jarosław. The main assumption of our project was to refer to the building of the horse riding hall of the Jarosław Cavalry Regiment.
POWIĄZANIE / CONECTION
Plan miejscowy nakazywał nam zaprojektowanie - zabudowę działki jednym zwartym obiektem.
W konsekwencji powstał obiekt, który jest zwarty, rozległy i w rezultacie bardzo duży.
Ma rozczłonkowany rzut, ale stanowi jedną bryłę.

UŻYTKOWOŚĆ / THE USE
Nasz budynek jest jedno kondygnacyjny a jedynie w części ma 2 kondygnacje.
Jest w pełni podpiwniczony - ma parking podziemny.
Our building is one-story and only partly has 2 floors.

Widoki / VIEWS
Elewacje od strony ul. Piekarskiej i Sikorskiego zaprojektowaliśmy z połączenia cegły i płyt spatynowanej miedzi. Spatynowana miedź nawiązuje do starych dachów krytych miedzią, a cegła nawiązuje do budynku Towarzystwa Gimnastycznego "Sokół".
Elevations from the side of Piekarska and Sikorskiego street were designed from a combination of brick and patinated copper plates. The patinated copper alludes to the old copper-covered roofs, and the brick alludes to the building of the "Sokół" Gymnastics Society.
WNĘTRZE / INTERIOR
Wnętrze zaprojektowaliśmy w stylu industrialnym, nawiązując w ten sposób do wnętrza starej ujeżdżalni: odsłonięty dach, odsłonięta konstrukcja, surowy wygląd elementów.
We designed the interior in an industrial style, it refers to the interior of the former riding hall: an exposed roof, exposed structure, raw appearance of the elements.
LoKALE USŁUGOWE / retail and service unites
Według naszego projektu powstał foodcourt oraz sklep E.Leclerc. Zaprojektowaliśmy także kino oraz restauracje.
According to our project, a foodcourt and an E.Leclerc were created. We have also designed a cinema and restaurants.
Jedzenie i przyjaciele / FOOD AND FRIENDS
Restauracja "Browar" jest także w stylu industrialnym i nawiązuje do starej ujeżdżalni. Oprócz swojej pięknej architektury przyciąga użytkowników pysznym kraftowym piwem pochodzącym z mini browaru inwestora.
The "Browar" restaurant is also in an industrial style and refers to the old riding hall. In addition to its beautiful architecture, it attracts users with delicious craft beer from the investor's mini brewery.
