Reflect

Through my study in the course 2681QCA, I have a brand new understanding of typesetting technology and font classification. Before that, I also had a lot of reading experience - both electronic and print. But I never thought typography and typeface could change the reading experience. In the past, when I submitted homework or design, I never cared about the choice of fonts and typography. Now it seems that I made a lot of mistakes. Now I can typeset or even print a book I like, which is exciting. Due to the need to print books in assignment3, I went to a printing shop myself to discuss typography, paper types, etc. It was a new experience and I learned a lot about traditional printing. I believe what I have learned in this course will be very practical in my later life
