This project was created in 2020 as a tool to help condominium administrators communicate more conveniently and quickly with the residents of the buildings and residences they manage. The goal was to develop an app that would facilitate communication between administrators and residents, allow residents to report issues or malfunctions in the building and enable them to book common areas like the pool, gym and laundry room. In this project I was responsible for both the art direction and the creation of visual materials, including illustrations, character design, UX/UI and motion graphics videos.
