Big Head Charles is a cute, fun and playful little character illustrated by Lafe Tayler and I wanted a way to bring out that playfulness so I reached out to Lafe and we drummed up this quirky "tag" kinda "whack-a-mole" type of game.
Scaffolded with #parceljs and #sass I used basic languages such as HTML5, Javascript and CSS( image assets were provided by Lafe) to build this casual #SPA, #PWA mobile game which puts charles at the 4 edges of your mobile device as he mischievously tries to hide from you as try to tag him using touch interactivity as may times as possible as the clock runs down.
The game is a PWA so it can be installed on mobile devices for later use offline and there is a leaderboard plugin where you can submit scores to thanks to Galaxy SDK . Try it out! See what high scores you can conjure up!
