Identity and navigation for «Dublin Crypto Conference 2024»
Task: to design a logo, identity and easy-to-understand navigation for the conference.
In the summer of 2024, the largest crypto conference will be held in Dublin. It is necessary to use modern solutions in the logo, with the help of which it will be possible to declare the high level of the event.
The logo is great for use on promotional posters and merchandise. The logo's lightness perfectly demonstrates the event's connection with modern technologies, because the style of the elements is primarily associated with this industry.
Navigation
In addition to the development of the logo, it was necessary to develop navigation around the venue of the event. The key points that had to be taken into account during development: navigation should be intuitive for all visitors. To reduce the cost in the development of navigation, it was necessary to use existing formats for placing navigation information.
The developed navigation system fully meets the requirements.
For easier navigation, the event areas have been divided by color.
For a more accurate understanding of how visitors will read the information, a series of measurements were carried out, after which the optimal number of elements for each navigation information placement format was identified.
In order to reduce costs, the navigation has been fully adapted to the already existing formats of information placement that are located at the venue.
The decision to divide the conference zones into colours for easier navigation is the best one, because the speed of information absorption increases with a more understandable visual perception.
The layout of elements is also driven by the key rules of graphic design.
When creating the palette, the capabilities of printing equipment were also taken into account; for this, all color solutions were adapted to the PANTONE system.
