About the project
Synlab is the leading analysis laboratory in Europe. Its branch in Peru required a redesign of its website page to create consistency in its value proposition and drive more clients to their laboratories.
The Challenge
The design challenge was to apply the recommendations made in a heuristic analysis, implement the suggestions, and redesign the site to improve its structure while maintaining the company's brand guidelines. In addition, a UI Kit was created to ensure maintenance for future versions.
The Result
After implementing the redesigned site and analyzing the results over the course of several months, the impact of design on business outcomes was significant.
Specifically, we observed an increase of 88.5% in clicks on the banners
A staggering 329.2% increase in clicks on the 'Contact Us' button and contact form, and a 91.5% increase in searches related to clinical analysis, which were part of the project goals.
These impressive figures demonstrate the value of investing in thoughtful, user-centered design to drive business success.
