Taking a Stand Poster
For this project, I created a poster that represents The Civil Rights Movement in Milwaukee using typography exclusively. I aimed to evoke emotions such as power, heaviness, and struggle through bold typefaces that emphasize the message's significance. The alignment of graphic elements and spacing facilitates visual hierarchy, with the documentary's title taking center stage at the top of the page. Secondary information is placed in the lower right and left parts of the page, creating a flow based on font size and weight.
