TASK

In this assignment we were task to create an instructional video for SHENA (Safety, Health and Environment National Authority) and the topic is about reporting incidents in the workplace. The goal of the video is to introduce the audience on what to do when an incident occurs at a workplace which includes WHO is responsible if an incident happens, WHAT kind of incidents are reportable, and HOW to report it.  

AIM and OBJECTIVE

Goals of the instructional film include describing the types of occurrences that must be reported and outlining who is responsible for doing so, as well as providing clear directions on how to report workplace issues. 

The goal is to raise awareness among workers about the significance of reporting workplace events.
