Gunbarrel Farms Pitch Deck, Spring 2023
This is a pitch deck I made to help sell a property in Alamosa, CO. I used Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Picsart (AI generated images), ChatGPT, and Canva. The project parameters were vague; put together a presentation that highlights the natural resources and improvements to the property and also proposes several ways the property could be developed. From start to finish, the project took approximately 22 hours to compete and was delivered in exactly a week.
Most of the images were taken on the actual property, however some of the images used for development ideas were created using Picart, a text to image AI image generator. I also used ChatGPT to fine tune some of the copy. Photos of Adams State, Downtown Alamosa, and other attractions were taken from their websites.
