I knew the thematic approach to the design of this particular illustration would hinge on the proverbial pivot points of emotional values, idiosyncratic beliefs, and individuals notions of empathy.  And so for my early inspiration I turned to ideas of tribalism, hope, and the greater concept of religion. Taking inspiration from  Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam, and the ideation of gift giving


The following ad-campaign came to me the easiest, as the considerations behind the design at large were less nebulous in nature; knowing that the design was going to be rooted in logic, the validity of the message, and statistics. Gave me a very easy starting point to draw from- Pardon the pun.
