Illustration for The New York Times technology.Your Visitors Deserve to Know They’re on Camera. Technology allows us to do it. Should we? By Thorin Klosowski.
This fictional personal project is a collection of 3D illustrations and animated gifs.

For the project, I used digital clay, which allows you to see details such as cracks and fingerprints. Clay illustrations look great in any light. Five types of clay were taken as a basis: terracota, bubble gum, candlewax, metalliclay, dirty clay.
The illustration reveals the theme of the inner world, what is hidden inside a person while the camera is filming him. Something stirs within each of us, you know?;)

For the textures, I used fingerprints and tattoos to add detail and texture to the model.
