Breathing life into age-old tradition
The aim of the concept is to establish the Chinese culinary tradition as one that has a great deal of history behind it and establish Zheng He as the adventurer who was responsible for it spreading to the far corners of the world. Using traditional artistic expressions that are part of the cultural tapestry, the concept creates the feeling that the venue is where one can experience a unique renaissance, by breathing new life into age-old cuisine, as well as by reviving the service and customs that are an integral part of the culture.
