Pickleball Equipment Holder

Pickleball Equipment Holder
After a tough game of pickleball, you're going to need a quick water break. At the Berry College pickleball courts, you have to go all the way out of the fenced in pickleball court to get to your bags. My product allows you to store your paddles, water bottle, and balls on the fence. You can even hang your bags and keys on the hooks!
USER TESTING
My user testing process involved meeting four people at the pickleball courts and letting them test the product and asking them some questions. There was a range of different types of pickleball players, with most playing around once a week. All the users currently place their equipment on the benches outside the courts. When the users were asked, "On a scale from 1-5, how easy was it to figure out the functions and set up the product?" The average was 4.325. When asked, "On a scale from 1-5, how stable and secure is the product with equipment?" The average answer was 4.1125. There were a range of suggestions, some about changing the aesthetics of the product, others about functionality. A good suggestion was to make it hold four paddles, so that there is enough for a full doubles game. Some ways the product helped were: easy access, water breaks, extra balls and paddles. When asked if they would buy the product, the answer usually would say yes if they played more or if there was a lot of people that would use it. Overall, The suggestions and critiques of my product has made me consider who the product should be designed for and if I continue to add to it, I would make it easier for multiple people to use and have it designed as a permanent addition to pickleball court fences.
