There’s a “magic place” somewhere in Pilsen where the first and best Pilsner in the world has been brewed since 1842, through the perfect beer recipe and brewing process that makes no sense to change. This is where THE KEEPERS OF THE CRAFT work their magic. They are extremely passionate about their work and lovingly stubborn; but only because they want to maintain the quality and consistency of Pilsner Urquell for the same unique taste as in 1842 - and they will come up with unique and creative, surprising ways to avoid all the tempting shortcuts that would make their job easier. Still they are not living in the past they are up to date on ways how to improve the process without changing the craft. This is their story.
