For the last five years I have been living in Thailand. And I have been learning from ancient masters - Sukhothai - the traditional art of Lai Thai, Lai Kranok & Sak Yant (Yantra).
The Lai are patterns in the shape of flowers, wines, leaves, real or imaginary employed in decorations for Wats (temples) The Kranok are arabesques of interlaced leaves and branches. Yantra are 'magical' amulets and protections employed mostly in tattoos for personal gain.
These are my artistic renditions to this great intricate and complex art.
The Lai Thai in these designs is completely custom and original art.
It can be used as T-shirts, Prints, Backgrounds, Frames, Tattoos, or to be mixed with any other decorative Lai Thai elements.
