Un edificio de uso mixto en el centro de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. En la planta baja se ubica un local comercial que cumple con la normativa y el entorno de la zona, y cuenta con un espacio verde en la parte trasera del lote, un extra en comparación con la tipología más común de la zona. También en esta planta se encuentra el hall de acceso desde la calle, así como un hall privado de acceso al edificio colindante, propiedad de los comitentes.
Las plantas del primero al sexto piso son diáfanas y flexibles, permitiendo la creación de dos unidades para oficinas, consultorios, entre otros. Los pisos séptimo y octavo albergan las viviendas de los propietarios. El edificio se adapta a la escala peatonal, proporcionando una entrada de doble altura. Los balcones y la iluminación se ajustan a la escala urbana, convirtiéndose en una pieza que agrega valor al barrio.
