As a product designer, my journey with the construction firm began with a deep understanding of their business and their customers' needs. After conducting extensive research and analysis, I identified that their customers faced challenges when trying to reach out to the firm for enquiries. This led to a decrease in customer satisfaction and engagement.

To address these challenges, I designed a desktop and mobile app streamlining customer enquiry. The app provides an easy-to-use interface that allows customers to quickly submit their enquiries and receive timely responses from the construction firm.

Throughout the design process, I worked closely with the construction firm to ensure that the app met their business needs and aligned with their brand identity. I created wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that showcased the app's functionality and user experience.

After the app was launched, I continued to work with the construction firm to collect user feedback and make improvements to the app. This iterative process helped us refine the app's features and enhance its usability.
