This Shimon Haber project unites business operations for both the School of Web Journalism in New Jersey and the Positive Center for Digital Media. Shimon Haber Group's design project comes with large floor plates to facilitate the location of newsrooms and administrative offices. A wide floor plan and vision glass on both sides allow daylight to penetrate all across the floors. This project is noted to come up with all the goals and objectives of the client, with an option to further maximize its flexibility to function as a multi-tenant newspaper magazine building in the future. Looking at this Shimon Haber’s design it is obvious that this project quite well integrates with the surrounding environment. This design creates a high degree of transparency to connect life and activity inside the building with life and activity outside.

The building was indented to be a new facility for a local newspaper in New Jersey. A survey was conducted by Shimon Haber prior his initial design. The goal was to hear the public opinion as the mass media has major influence in Haber’s creativity. Today it is famous for its innovative and radical design. This project is one of the most recent additions to Shimon Haber’s collection and has major contribution for expanding his portfolio of design projects for companies.
