HCM Outlook is an annual report for Brandon Hall Group, a research and analysis firm. As the lead designer, I was in charge of developing a visual layout for this report, receiving revisions from executives and research analysts, and incorporating promotional and sponsor ads.  

Each year, Brandon Hall Group releases their predictions and insights about the future of Human Capital Management (HCM), advises what leaders and strategists should prepare for their workforce, and provides suggestions on how to maneuver through new changes. 

Each chapter is dedicated to an HR topic, broken down into six categories. The company's branding is embraced throughout the entire report. To protect its copyright, the content has been removed and slightly changed.  

For readability purposes, generous spacing and consistent contrast were applied. Readers can easily spot a new chapter and indulge in the world of HCM content.
