Following their sharpened business strategy, the Global Estate Group brand was in need of a clear brand story. MOQO bent over the brand strategy and created a timeless concept in function of the strategic objectives of the property developer.

Staying true to a strong reputation

Global Estate Group is not changing course but sharpening its route. No radical rebranding, but an evolution of the existing brand identity. This vision leads to a contemporary visual concept, with respect for history and with an eye to the future. The pared-down logo goes hand in hand with the striking corporate identity.

For unity in corporate and project communication, a design system was set up that allows the red sphere to be used broadly. The complementary interplay of lines provides unique recognition.






A 360° approach

The brand goes beyond corporate online and offline communications. We also extend the branding into project communications to provide Global Estate Group with a permanent presence on every corporate site. ‘Ready-to-buy or build-to-suit, but always here to stay’ thus takes on an added dimension.






Brand activation on point 

An internal launch was followed by a weeks-long online and offline teasing campaign. MOQO is an advisory and supportive partner in this, from strategy to long-termrollout.
