Opera Goes to Church!

One of Cincinnati Opera's outreach programs is Opera Goes to Church!, a musical evening of gospel, sacred, jazz and classical music performed in area churches. Performances feature local choirs and jazz musicians, as well as soloists from Cincinnati Opera. This year, Cincinnati Opera wanted to create an identity for the program that set it apart as a unique event, but that still reminded viewers of the connection to the Opera.

The system involved development of the logo, and incorporation of photography into a stained glass motif that provides structure and visual interest.
