BIG GRAINS, a Local bakery based in Hong Kong that crafts additive-free bread and pastries that not only taste amazing but also push the boundaries of creativity.

While living a fast-paced life, the nutrition of food is easy to be sacrificed. With an ambition to make a difference, Big grains choose to bake bread with self-made yeast and without any additives. Although it takes longer time to create fewer products, they believe that slowing down to bake will lead people to slow down to taste.

Logo Design
The design of the logo integrated the symbol of math. It represents all the fine adjustments of ingredients, temperature and time. The lines of the logo are simple and rounded, the purpose is to present innovation and at the same time feel friendly to the people. The experimental spirit is the cornerstone of the brand. Thus, they keep experimenting and releasing new products from time to time.
In this project, I worked closed with the founder of Big Grains. I implemented Branding Identity, Brochure Design & Copywriting and Photography & Retouching.
