This is an ongoing collection of self-promoting illustrations for Widakk Design Studio.
The hero of these illustrations is "knight without a lord", warrior who is free to offer his lance to anyone he chooses. If he doesn't serve any lord, his lance is free. This is the origin of the word: Freelancer. Instead of a lance or sword, nowadays we offer our pen and the skill that goes with it. But the freedom to choose who to serve remains the same. Freedom, Honor and Devotion are the three principles that follow such a knight, wherever he decides to roam.
