The creative process starts with a clear vision and intention. A digital sketch that outlines the new character is drawn in and shaded. Next, adding color palette and various patterns to the sketch, serving as a foundation for further exploration. Utilizing a custom AI configuration, prompt direction along with the base image, generates a range of similar themed looks for the character with many random variations to explore.

From the hundreds of images generated, one is selected that best captures the vision. It is then the portrait has final details added with photo retouching and manual digital painting, giving the final touches.
