When COVID broke out in the spring of 2020, the Disability Programs Specialized Services (DPSS) team at the Cree Board of Health found itself unable to travel to the remote communities of Eeyou Istchee - James Bay, Québec.

Normally, this team of healthcare professionals and advisors provides training and consultations to other professionals, community workers and individuals in these communities.

When it became clear that travel restrictions were going to last a while, the team pivoted and began creating audio and video recordings of their training courses, and creating new ones.

A WordPress site (https://dpss.cc) was built to act as a centralized hub for the videos, as well as a repository for additional supporting material such as written guides and printable materials.
