Given the context of the COVID -19 pandemic and the 100% Work-from-home model the company was obliged to apply, the recognition of promotions and role changes became an issue. As the Communications Coordinator, I aimed to tackle this issue (with no budget available) by designing and producing the Astronauts to Space Role Recognition Process. This consisted of a 2 step process in which promotions were recognised both verbally and in writing. The presentation attached will detail the entire process. Also, once this was up and running, I took the take to report metrics on the process and employee satisfaction. These slides are also included.
