My responsibilities as Event Project Management:
* Strategic planning and project management
* Production budget planning and management
* Assemble and assign responsibilities to the production team, as well as constantly supervises teamwork to ensure work were aligned to pre-agreed and budget
* Plan event assets and materials requests within budget and client necessities, as well as track production and delivery
* Coordinate with production vendors and stakeholders to guarantee production execution went as planned, as well as oversee hiring processes, contract, cashflow and payment
* Coordinate with Copag’s Marketing and Event Team, The Pokémon Company International’s Global Event and Esports team, Experior Security’s team, Paperlyte’s broadcast team and local broadcast team to ensure production execution as planned.
* Weekly english-meeting with stakeholders to report milestones, outcomes and discuss production schedule, as well as build-in and breakdown details
* Constantly review the budget and execution process to ensure all pre-agreed requirements and necessities were being met
* Regularly update leadership of working progress and improvement plans
* Guarantee all production was legally approved in compliance with local law, as well as licensees, taxes and fees administration
* Manage on-site load in, build in, show day and breakdown, as well as staff accreditation and training
* Oversee scenic design, signage, printed materials and build-in structures to reach client expectations and pre-aproved project
* Oversee media team to ensure a inspiring video case
