Three Impact Housing Corporation Projects

An alumnus of Oxford University, Hilt Tatum IV is the chairman of the Oxford Consulting Group. For the past 15 years, Hilt Tatum IV has served as the president of iPoint Capital Partners, a private equity company he founded in Panama City. He is also the CEO of Impact Housing Corporation, an organization seeking to create affordable housing options in the country.

A group of real estate specialists established Impact Housing Corporation in 2012 amidst the Panama housing crisis. Through constructing several affordable housing communities, the organization aims to contribute positively to societal development in Panama. The organization's vision is to invest $250 million in three housing projects over the next ten years. These three projects are The Dream of Sona, The Dreams of Santiago, and the Santiago Reserve.

The Dreams of Sona project is in Sona, Veraguas, and constitutes 100 hectares of residential and commercial space. The project, which they propose to be completed by 2024, targets creating 2200 homes. So far, they have built over 300 homes housing a proportional number of families.

The second project is the Dreams of Santiago in Santiago, Veraguas. The company aims to utilize over 77 hectares of land to create more than 2000 homes, each with a starting price of $50,000. The third project, the Santiago Reserve, has already constructed 162 homes to add 140 more homes in the future.
