The round lounge formed by wooden pillars subdivides the interior into various zones, including the sitting area by the fireplace, manicure, and pedicure area when treatment rooms are located down to the corridor.

The focal point of the lounge is cladded with tile fireplace. The gentle curves created by the tile contribute to the soft and ethereal atmosphere.

The tactile materiality is supported by the furnishings: the sinuous organic form Gubi Timberline floor lamp by Mads Caprani contrasts with the monotonous tile pattern on the walls.
Antique mid-century finds, such as the handcrafted Aubin Chair, the iconic Capitol complex char by Le Corbusier, and the leather Lia armchairs by the Brazil designer Sergio Rodrigues are arranged around an inner round atrium.

Finishes were selected to create a contrast between the smooth, pristine tile and warm textured walnut. The idea was to add coziness and a home-like atmosphere to usually minimalist salon interiors.
