I was commissioned by Exposed Treasures Antiques & Vintage in 2013 to develop a logo that possessed a rustic and manly feel that transcends the dated and stogie appeal of purchasing antiques. 

 

 

The logo was fully developed in Adobe Illustrator with textured overlays, multiply layers and custom brushes to simulate rusted and distressed stone effects. 

 

 

The color palette was derived from an Americana paints catalog. 

 

Multiple fonts were used in tandem to give life to rest of the brand. Delicate and bold scripts were used to compliment Atlantic Inline and Trajan Pro which were used to create the logotype.
