I've been eating toast a lot these days.
I'm thinking of making a sweet handmade strawberry jam with strawberries that are in season.
I want a pretty toaster and a pretty bowl for pretty baked bread.
As expected, the desire to buy keeps biting the tail.

I'll share a strawberry jam recipe that you can easily make with delicious strawberries in season!
1. Disinfect the glass bottle for strawberry jam. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil with a glass bottle to drain. The water starts boiling in the pot and it can break if you put a glass bottle in it. Please put it in from the beginning.
2. Rinse the strawberries gently under running water. If you wash it hard, the strawberries will crumble.
3. After cleaning the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into pieces. You can use the whole thing or you can use a blender.
4. Place the cut strawberries in a deep pot.
5. Add 4 bowls of sugar based on the rice bowl. If you put 5 packs of strawberries and 4 bowls of sugar based on rice bowl, it's sweet. If you don't like sweets, cut down on sugar a little.
6. If you boil it strongly at first, you will get a lot of moisture without adding water.
7. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and remove all the bubbles from time to time.
8. After about 30 minutes, the strawberries become thick like this. Stir from time to time so that it doesn't stick.
9. When strawberry jam becomes thick, 1 spoon of lemon juice! If you add lemon juice, the color becomes clear and it becomes a delicious strawberry jam.
10. Take a spoon of strawberry jam and drop it in cold water. If the shape is maintained, it's good, and if it's messy, you have to boil it a little longer.
11. If you're done, put it in a cleaned glass bottle and you're done!
