Threads - Branding

This was a brief for B-hive Creative competition 2014.

The Brief: Design a brand for Threads, including identity and full suite of brand collateral. 
For the logo I wanted to create the sense of thread as a material but without making it too literal. To make the design appropriate to the brief I added filters and effects to create a futuristic and technical touch. The fonts I have chosen present Threads as a cutting edge brand.

The colour scheme I have decided to go with for the brand identity shows the clothing brand is good quality, cutting edge, new and different. With this design I have purposly added elements to push the viewer to visit Threads online. 
Here I have produced the shopping bags and price tags you would find in store, keeping the whole brand consistant I created a interesting pattern for the back of the bag using the T in the logo design. The price tags being shaped as a circle unifys the brand also. 
Business cards you would find in store, and also the staff card design for Threads employees. I have also produced some promotional badges to hand out to customers as a little expression of the brands identity. 
This would be the online aspect to the brand, keeping the website and Threads app consistant with each other.
