Me, My Selfie and I: Dysmorphia Project
Here I use selfies to explore the theme of Dysmorphia, I experimented with new materials to explore texture and tried out collage.
This is one of my favourite artworks I have ever made. It's a multimedia work on A1 paper where I fully explored the materials I wanted to use. I used wall filler and sand to create texture on the page. I also used ink in the background and dripped rubbing alcohol onto the wet ink to create cells that look like eyes. I also studied movement a-lot in this piece, and tried to create the illusion of motion by blurring and smudging the charcoal.
