This poster was one I created for my poetry class at Indiana University. I chose to illustrate a poster for the poem "The Raven" by Edgar Allen Poe due to Poe's dark writing style which speaks to my own personal interest. I chose to incorporate a multiple images of a raven to relate to the several emotions that Poe evokes in his character throughout the poem. I decided to white out Poe's eyes just to make it that much more creepy to go along with his style.
