Valve cover — BMW m60b40 turbo
is replacement part for BMW driftcar project. Designed to be CNC milled or/and carbon fiber molded. The 3d model was made following 3d scanned mesh using Autodesk Alias for reverse engineering and Catia v5 for future full parameterization as far left and right covers have vary sizes. The shape was modified and simplified to meet customer’s needs. The final model is precise, has all draft angles and can be milled from aluminum or molded from carbon.
