This opener has been done in 2007 for AlsharqiyaTV. The program was Poletical and talking on two to four stories each story has specific time and if this time ends Automatically everything (Bigs, Lower-third...etc) will change to the next story. So this is why we called it "Rundown".
My responsibility was the main concept of the program plus the opener concept, 3D design/animation (Maya) and the composite (After Effects).
