Color - the language of Emotions

When you have different colors in an atmosphere, you have more places to selectively focus, which in driving is too distracting. That is why when a color filter unifies the road’s colors, the drivers are more focused.
The color codes for harmonic traffic movement to stimulate driving behavior on the unconcious level.
When exposed to red, The rods in human eyes respond to the stimulation of different wavelengths of light. For
example, the wavelength that produces red requires the eye to adjust to catch it. Therefore, red is an agitating color. An individual’s pituitary gland sends signals to the adrenal gland and adrenaline is released. The heart beats faster, blood pressure increases, breathing becomes more rapid.
Blue wavelengths are easier for the eye to perceive and, therefore, these colors are physiologically restful. When exposed to blue, an individual’s brain secretes hormonal neurotransmitters that tranquilize. The heart pulse rate slows, body temperature lowers and breathing deepens.
