"Perú: Identidad Minera" es una iniciativa del Ministerio de Energía y Minas del Perú que busca:
- Consolidar la identidad minera del país;
- Marcar el hito entre el antes y después de una nueva minería: con menor impacto ambiental, con mejor tecnología que contribuya al desarrollo tangible de las comunidades; y,
- Reconocer el esfuerzo y la contribución de las instituciones.

"Peru: Mining Identity" is an initiative of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru that seeks:
- Consolidate the mining identity of the country;
- Mark the milestone between before and after a new mining: with less environmental impact, with better technology that contributes to the tangible development of communities; and,
- Recognize the effort and contribution of the institutions.
