Project Objective:
To design a menu card and take away packaging for a high end mughlai restaurant called ‘Begum Noori’
The idea behind this design was to reminisce about the mughal era. A vintage theme was followed in support of this idea, along with folding doors inspired by silhouettes found on minarets (a distinctive architectural feature of mosques, generally a tall spire with an onion-shaped or conical crown), that opens out into the menu.
A famous poem by Mirza Ghalib (a classical Urdu and Persian poet from the Mughal Empire during British colonial rule) was placed at the back for customers to enjoy while they wait for their meal.
