Progetto C2023. Pontiac Firebird Knight Rider Tribute

🇬🇧 This project of mine is yet another tribute I want to make to a car that perhaps most of us, even as children, would have liked to have. I'm talking about the famous K.I.T.T. from the TV series Knight Rider from the early 80s, an exceptional car in every respect. The reinterpretation I have made, however, aims to maintain some of the guidelines of the 1982 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird, the car from the TV series, such as the design of the rear lights, but making it a sportier version similar to today's modern hypercars. The idea is to have a mid-drive car and two seats placed one behind the other, like a fighter plane. On the other hand, if you think of the interior of the Pontiac from the TV series, it looks much more like a plane than a normal car. In any case, I leave it to you to imagine what it might look like on the inside.

🇮🇹 Questo mio progetto è l'ennesimo tributo che voglio fare ad una vettura che forse la gran parte di tutti noi, sin da piccoli, avrebbe voluto avere. Parlo della celeberrima K.I.T.T. del telefilm Knight Rider dei primi anni '80, un'auto eccezionale sotto tutti i punti di vista. La rivisitazione che ho realizzato, punta comunque a mantenere alcune linee guida della Pontiac Trans Am Firebird del 1982, ovvero l'auto del telefilm, come ad esempio il disegno delle luci posteriori, rendendo il tutto però una versione più sportiva e simile alle attuali hypercar moderne. L'idea è quella di avere una vettura a guida centrale e due sedili posti l'uno dietro all'altro, come un aereo da combattimento. D'altronde, se si pensano agli interni della Pontiac della serie TV, assomiglia molto più ad un aereo che una normale vettura. Ad ogni modo lascio a voi immaginare come potrebbe essere al suo interno.
