When hiring a garment you accept all terms and conditions at the time of payment. Hire the Style reserves all rights to update T&C’s at any given time.
Bookings
Bookings at Hire the Style are subject to availability and are to be made via direct message only. Photo ID will be required along with proof of payment. Booking is deemed final once payment is received.
Hire Periods
Local Collection: 4 days
All local collection bookings will be available the day prior to your event date unless otherwise arranged.
Express Postage: 4 days
All garments that require postage Australia Wide Only will be via Express Post. Despatch timeframes will vary due to the location of the customer. A tracking number will be provided.
Hire the Style will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or late deliveries by Australia Post.
Returns
All local collections are required to be returned on the final day of your hire period.
All garments that require postage Australia Wide Only must be returned via EXPRESS POST ONLY using the satchel provided no later then 5pm next business day after the event date. A lodgement receipt is recommended to avoid late fees.
Please reach out if you require extended returns to avoid late fees.
Cancelations
Requests for cancelation must be made to Hire the Style no later then 4 days prior to event date. Result of late cancellation will be strictly no refund of hire price and or postage fees. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing and other unforeseen circumstances. A credit is available for you to redeem within 12 months.
To avoid disappointment please book a try on appointment with Hire the Style in advance or visit brand websites/ stores for sizing information.
Fees
Postage Fees:
All bookings at Hire the Style that require Express Post will incur a fee on top of any garment hire. This includes 1x return express satchel for the convenience of quick returns. Prices may vary.
Late Fees:
Late returns to Hire the Style will incur a $15/per day late fee. Please keep in mind cleaning timeframes and other bookings that are effected by this.
Dry Cleaning & Repair Fees:
Hire the Style has included 1x dry cleaning fee in each garment hire. In an event a garment requires more than one (1) dry clean and or repairs, the extra charges will be passed onto to the customer.
When a garment is damaged beyond repair you will be required to pay full RRP of the item.
Please take care of our pieces as if they were your own.
