The Search for Work Happiness
This book focus on many different-than-normal approaches business leaders/managers
can take to treat their employees better and support them vs run them into the ground through endless work hours
and perks that don’t mean much. In the US, overwork and burnout are at an all time high, so this book hopes to
inspire ways we as leaders can fight against that. Treat your employees like actual humans and great things will
happen, in way less hours.

In the "Where's Wally / Where's Waldo" style, also known as Wimmelbilderbuch illustration, you will find many interesting details, poking fun of many "corporate world issues". For example, toxic boss / colleagues, endless working hours, overwork issues...and we're using the illustration to address those issues, things that should be change, and the book will explains how to change them.
