I'm sharing this post because these initiatives (EU\USA) may be important for those who want to protect their artworks from scrapping and using without our consent in ai training dataset.
This should be regulated by laws.

My opinion:
1) to erase current database (databases) that contain billions of srapped images and create new one with legal content: paid artworks and photos, or placed there with the consent of the authors.
2) by default there shouldn't be any usage of living artists artworks.
3) should be developed tech that allows websites such as DA, Artstation, Behance etc. to protect artworks from being massively opt in by bots.

Only after this we can talk about ai usage as a tool.

It's also important to know midjourney founder in  a Forbes interview confessed to use stolen content from the internet without owners consent.

Thank you.
