Colored Lanterns & fanions at Temple
"During the enchanting Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai, which takes place around mid-November, monks gracefully adorn their temples with vibrant lanterns and banners, creating a mesmerizing spectacle. Allow me to introduce one of my favorite temples—a sanctuary that, in my eyes, adds a profound luminosity to this sacred space. The ambiance is consistently serene, with the subtle fragrance of incense enveloping your soul. Amidst this tranquility, the vivid colors of the festival bestow upon the temple an even more profound and spiritual aura."

This temple holds a unique charm in Chiang Mai, distinguished by the presence of a rare black Buddha statue in a tranquil meditation pose placed at the center of the chedi. An intriguing feature allows visitors to make offerings to the statue using a simple cable lift.
Moreover, colorful flags, known as fanions, adorn the temple, inviting anyone who visits to contribute through a small donation. By making a gesture of generosity, visitors may experience the profound blessings of Buddha for their own well-being."
