This is a project I did for Albanian Screen back in 2012. The initial idea was to walk the way from the supermarket troll, buy the ingredients, cut them, put 'em in a pressure cooker or oven and then it's "taste time". It would have been a great show, but it never finalized. I just thought it would be a pitty to let it hidden and accumulate dust of time. The opening sequence didn't even have an audio track, so I inserted one from Audio Jungle website. It took me a lot of effort to design, model, animate, render and composite all the elements together, so I decided to publish my part of the job. Softwares used: Cinema 4D, After Effects.
When I started work on this project, the first thing I did was to model a 3D version of the television logo, one that actually resembled their printed one.
The supermarket troll took me longer than expected to model, but in the end in came out alright.
I tried to put as many details as I could in the oven door, but it never occurred to me that the animation would be so fast that all the details would go unnoticed.
