Creator NOTES: This piece was just made to honor and pay respects to his joint final two albums "SWIMMING IN CIRCLES". Mac miller fans will see references to both albums within this piece from the scuba diver to the shades off white to gray and the song titles spread out in respects to the concepts. 

Title: Mac Miller- A LIFE CELEBRATION OF LIFE poster

Student assignment: Task challenged to make the poster completely out of torn things: pieces of paper, solid objects, fabric, food, plastics, ephemera, and other found elements, to then design a gig poster promoting an upcoming gig for a musician. To get the image details paper was scanned for increased details in destress and then slightly edited in photoshop. Made a custom receipt from scratch in illustrator with a working QR code directed to the artist information. To layer on top of the background and all typography and icon art was made in illustrator such as mascot and flower as well from scratch. 

Value Proposition: Mac Miller rapper and producer crafts with languid vocals, playful rhymes, and hypnotic production resulting in a mature and sincere lyrical style, like a poet he choses his words wisely to explore themes of love, fear, anger, loneliness, self-love, addiction, and mental health and more.
