Novak Birch and USDEC collaborated to tell the story of U.S. dairy export growth over the last two decades. In 1995, U.S. dairy farmers formed the U.S. Dairy Export Council. That year, U.S. exports totaled $982 million. Today, exports exceed $6 billion, averaging 21% growth per year for the last 10 years.
