Inspirations of Rushing Waters
Water is a key component to survival, needless to say. Much of the credit to my increased passion in photography must go to Colorado Water, and more specifically the Uncompahgre River outside of Ouray, Colorado (my favorite place on earth). The raw power and magic of a river rushing down the hillside provides an invigorating and refreshing look at the natural world around us. I was able to capture rushing water from the Uncompahgre photographically, providing me the much desired motive to ramp up my efforts in the medium. I have compiled a series of photographs here, highlighting sources of water from Colorado that inspire me day-to-day.
